Mr. Mark LAM is a Chartered Engineer with over a decade of hands-on expertise in control optimization and district cooling systems. Notably, he led the project team for the Sha Tin Racecourse Grandstand retro-commissioning, which achieved a 14.4% chiller plant performance improvement (saving ~850 MWh annually) and won both the First Place ASHRAE Society-level Technology Award 2024 and the Wise Save@RCx Silver Award (2022).

He holds an M.Phil. in Mechanical & Automation Engineering and possesses leading industry credentials: CEM, BEAM Pro, RCx Pro, BEAP, HBDP, and BCxP.
