Introduction: Psychrometric analysis is the basics of HVAC design process and air side system optimisation. It would help us control individual operating conditions in air-side systems to meet the exact demand in air-conditioned space. The air condition balance would be modelled through psychrometric process for proper control of the air-side system.
Objectives:
  • To enhance the knowledge of psychrometric process in the HVAC system design and promote energy optimisation through advance applications in psychrometry.
Contents:
  • Review of Psychrometric Process.
  • How to adjust the psychrometric properties to achieve the optimal energy performance in Air Distribution Systems in Building?
  • Psychrometric analysis in different air-side systems.
Speaker: Ir Alan Lam Ying-Wai
