課程簡介: 香港建築物耗電力總需求約90%，其中暖通空調(HVAC)及升降機系統屬耗能較高的設施。因此，提升系統的設計效能, 有助降低營運成本，更是實現香港於2030年前減少最少26%碳排放目標的關鍵。
課程目的:

本課程旨在讓學員掌握以下知識與技能：

  • 了解如何依據《2024年建築物能源效益條例》(BEC 2024)進行暖通空間(HVAC)系統的技術計算及設計考慮；
  • 依據最新版本《建築物能源審核守則》進行升降機系統能源審核的方法及要求。
課程內容:
  • A brief introduction of the requirements of HVAC system design in compliance with BEC2024.
  • An introduction of relevant technical calculations of HVAC systems in compliance with BEC2024, such as energy calculations for air side and water side equipment as well as their thermal insulations, etc.
  • A brief introduction to lift and escalator technologies.
  • A quick introduction to the part in the latest version of Building Energy Code related to lifts and escalators.
  • A quick introduction to the part in the latest version of the Energy Audit Code related to lifts and escalators.
